We aim to produce the bags within 24hours of your order and shipped soon after. Please know that we are perfectionists so sometimes this may take longer.
Items are shipped with a tracked courier and will be replaced if lost.
Return & Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept returns on any faulty goods but will not be able to accept returns on personalised products. You will be sent an email with the draft of your bag straight after your order so please be on the look out for this.
